ATC (Aprilia Traction Control), kontrol traksi yang dikembangkan oleh pabrikan Aprilia untk mendapatkan cengkraman ban yang maksimal pada berbagai kondisi jalan sehingga dapat meningkatkan percaya diri dan meningkatkan keselamatan pengendara saat bermanuver dengan Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 RR.
ATC (Aprilia Traction Control) bekerja dengan bantuan dua buah sensor kecepatan. Ketika roda belakang terindikasi berputar lebih cepat dari roda depan maka control unit akan mengasumsikan bahwa roda belakang mengalami slip dan dalam sekejap system elektronik akan membatasi tenaga mesin yang dihasilkan untuk menghindari roda belakang kehilangan traksi.
AWC (Aprilia Wheelie Control) mampu mendeteksi kapan roda depan terangkat (wheelie) dan berakhir, sehingga ban depan mendarat dengan mulus ketika kembali kontak dengan aspal. Fitur ini dapat di sesuaikan dengan karakter pengendara.
ALC (Aprilia Launch Control) memungkinkan kemampuan instant start saat lepas landas, sangat penting bagi pengguna Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 RR untuk mengawali balapan saat di garis star.
AQS (Aprilia Quick Shift) dapat memudahkan perpindahan perseneling tanpa harus menutup Gas dan menarik tuas kopling. Perpindahan gigi dapat dilakukan dengan cepat tanpa harus kehilangan power mesin dan waktu. Kemampuan ini didukung oleh racikan closer ratio gearbox dan system electronic yang memungkinkan perpindahan gigi dengan sangat cepat.
Selain beberapa fitur canggih diatas, Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 RR pun telah menggunakan teknologi Ride by Wire yang terkoneksi dengan Engine ECU untuk mendapatkan akselerasi maksimal dari putaran bawah hingga putaran tinggi, penggunaan mesin yang effisien dan konsumsi bahan bakar yang ditampung dalam tangki berkapasitas 18,5liter bisa optimal.
